7. Be conscious that everything displayed in the checkout racks are of highest profit to the grocer. It’s usually best not to make these spur of the moment buys.

8. You should always do your grocery shopping on a full stomach and go alone. If you have to take your kids shopping with you, keep an eye on what they place in the shopping cart as they try to sneek things in..
